How to set up a local mirror of autoinstall.plesk.com for automatic Plesk updates?

Note: Plesk 7.5 Reloaded provides the ability to automate software updates and upgrades directly from the Plesk interface. In order to decrease the traffic usage on upgrades and to increase system stability, Plesk administrators can configure mirrors within their network.
